Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Carton Pack Pro, a cartonization service operated by Unstacked Apps, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”). They are an agreement between us and the organization that holds the account (“you”). If you accept them for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. The service

Carton Pack Pro chooses cartons and produces pack plans from the cartons, items and orders you provide. It is available through the web app, the REST API, the MCP server and the NetSuite integration.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and use Carton Pack Pro for business purposes.
• Keep passwords and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and your keys.
• Give accurate account information and keep it current.

3. Plans and payment

• Each plan has the limits listed on the pricing page, and Carton Pack Pro enforces them.
• Pro and Ultimate are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance. They renew each month until cancelled.
• Subscriptions are sold through Stripe’s Managed Payments service. Link, a Stripe service, is the merchant of record: it charges your payment method, calculates and collects sales tax, VAT and GST, and sends your receipts and invoices. Your card statement shows LINK.COM*. Link’s payment terms, shown at checkout, apply to the payment.
• Prices are shown before tax.
• An upgrade takes effect immediately, and the prorated difference is added to your next invoice. A downgrade takes effect immediately, and the unused portion is credited to your next invoice.
• We give at least 30 days’ notice before a price increase applies to you.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Your data

• You own the data you put into Carton Pack Pro, including cartons, items, orders and pack plans.
• You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide, secure and support the service for you.
• You are responsible for having the right to send us that data.
• Free keeps them for 30 days, Pro keeps them for 90 days and Ultimate keeps them until you delete them or your account closes. Older pack jobs are deleted automatically.
• How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Carton Pack Pro to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights
• exceed or work around your plan’s limits, including API rate limits
• disrupt or overload the service, or probe or test its security without our written permission
• reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it
• resell the service or give access to anyone outside your organization without our written permission
• share API keys outside your organization

6. Pack plans

Pack plans are recommendations calculated from the dimensions, weights and constraints you provide. You are responsible for checking that items fit and are protected, that cartons stay within weight and safety limits, and that each shipment meets carrier rules and hazardous-materials regulations. Carton Pack Pro does not decide whether an item is hazardous or how it must be shipped.

7. Integrations

The NetSuite scripts and other integration files we provide run in your accounts with other services. You are responsible for installing and configuring them, and for those accounts. We are not responsible for services we do not operate.

8. Availability and changes

Carton Pack Pro is provided without a service-level commitment. It may be interrupted for maintenance or by problems outside our control. We may change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies.

9. Suspension and closing an account

• You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Your organization moves to Free at the end of the paid period, and your data is kept.
• To close your account and have its data deleted, email [email protected]. We delete it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to fix the problem.

10. Disclaimer

Carton Pack Pro is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, shipping costs, or damaged or lost goods. Our total liability for any claim relating to Carton Pack Pro is limited to the greater of the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your data, your shipments, or your use of Carton Pack Pro in breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We post updated terms here with a new effective date. For a material change, we email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Using Carton Pack Pro after that date means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state courts of Bell County, Texas, or the federal courts for the Western District of Texas, and both parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

15. General

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy are the whole agreement between us about Carton Pack Pro. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor to the business.
